Bid Submission Procedures
You may submit bids through the U.S. Postal Service, courier service (e.g. UPS or FedEx), or in-person delivery. We cannot accept formal bids submitted through email or fax. Ple.ase note that your bid must be sealed when submitted with the project or solicitation title clearly labeled on the outside of the envelop. And as always, late bids cannot be considered.
